Refund, Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (NAIL SERVICES)
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment gives a loss of deposit. Failure to attend (no-show) will result in full payment being required.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
If you are not fully satisfied with your nails, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. A one-time complimentary fix may be offered in justified cases.
I am not responsible for:

damage caused after the appointment,

failure to follow aftercare instructions,

any work altered by a third party.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (MASTERCLASSES)
A deposit is required to secure your place and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the masterclass.
If you cancel your participation , or o not show up for your masterclass the deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the masterclass will result in loss of the full payment.
You may reschedule once, up to 7 days before the masterclass date, subject to availability.
Failure to attend (no-show) results in loss of the full payment.
If the masterclass is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
